"I found Italia Cuisine Co. to be exactly what the doctor ordered.
I was looking to send a friend in Orlando a few meals while she was recovering from surgery at home but seeing as I live in Ct, I had to surf the net to find a local chef. When I came across the thumbtack website and Italia Cuisine Co. fit the bill. Chef Paola was a complete professional and extremely responsive to helping me out quickly. She suggested some of her specialties and they were all a hit with my friend and her family. Stuffed pork chops, chicken piccata and baked pasta al forno. She suggested great vegeatbles side dishes . Her dessert were a hit with my friends husband . He said they were some of the best he's ever had. Bread pudding, limoncello cheesecake and homemade truffles. Thank you chef Paola for making it so easy and delicious for me to help a friend in needs."

"I surprised my wife for our 17th wedding anniversary in early July and invite Chef Paola to our home. She arrived with everything she needeed to cook including serving plates! We sat at high top table I had placed near our fireplace and Chef Paola serviced Seven Italian courses over a two hour period.
Each dish was terrific and large portions (we ended up with food for the next two days). After she finished she washed up everything also!
We strongly recommend her for a private dinner like we had or a catering event. Thank you again!"

"AMAZING!! AUTHENTIC!! MEMORABLE! Chef Paola catered to our taste and budget. Taking all the stress out of picking a restaurant to take 14 family member out to dinner, we opted for an intimate private chef experience in our home. The food was amazing, we were able to catch up and talk (without review menus and shooting over orher people) and I didn't have a crazy alcohol tab at the end of the night. It's beautiful when you can have an award winning chef standing next to your dining room table explaining her "mamma recipes" after you guests take the first bite and say: "Wow, what's in this and how can I make this at the home?" Knowning you and they only be able to recreate this experience with Chef Paola. Thank you Chef. Grazie mille!"
